Shipping

Shipping rates are R50 excluding VAT per delivery and may vary during sales or special offer periods.

Zero Admin reserves the right to use their preferred courier service depending on your location.

To ensure that your goods get to you safe and sound (and on time), Zero Admin makes use of door-to-door courier services.

The delivery charge will be reflected on your invoice.

Zero Admin uses the services of reputable courier service companies to ensure the timeous delivery of orders. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should these circumstances arise, Zero Admin will assure you of its best efforts to get your order to you, however we cannot be held liable for such delays.

Please provide for extra delivery time over public and / or religious holidays.

Please ensure that the delivery address entered is correct and make sure that someone will be available to receive the order at all times (work address). If the courier is unsuccessful in his attempt to deliver the ordered goods and the order is returned to us, you will be charged an additional handling fee.

Returns

Please log a return request on the web site under your profile. You will be issued with an RMA number that will be used to track your return. The RMA number is valid for 15 days within which returned products must be received by Shop.zeroadmin.co.za. RMA numbers will not be extended or re-issued. You should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Damage During Transit

This applies to our couriers only. If you send your own courier, please ensure that you use a reputable company and insure the shipment.

When you receive a delivery, you will need to check the parcel/s thoroughly and make a note on the waybill if there are any issues. The driver will need to wait until this investigation has been completed. This is for insurance purposes and we cannot assist if it is not clearly marked on the waybill.

Defective Products

You may return goods within the implied warranty period if the product is defective. Please send a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing so that we can use this information to assess the issue. If it is deemed that the product may be defective, you will need to return it to us within fifteen days of receipt of your RMA number so that it may undergo a full technical assessment. The product, to the extent allowed by law, will be repaired or replaced as long as it is a product defect and not damaged due to negligence. In the case of repairs undertaken by Shop.zeroadmin.co.za, repair times given are merely estimates unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Shop.zeroadmin.co.za.

Shop.zeroadmin.co.za shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which you may suffer as a result of any unforeseen costs and/or delayed repairs.

You hereby agree that any item handed in for repair may be sold by Shop.zeroadmin.co.za to defray the cost of such repairs if you fail to effect payment of the repair cost where applicable, within 30 days of the repairs being completed.

Error In Delivery

You may return goods within 10 (ten) business days, if Shop.zeroadmin.co.za has made an error in delivery.

Not Satisfied With The Product

You may return goods within 7 (seven) days of date of the receipt of the goods if the transaction falls within the scope of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transmissions Act. The aforementioned return policy excludes items contemplated in Section 42(2) of the aforementioned Act

Notwithstanding the above, Shop.zeroadmin.co.za shall not be required to accept the return of any goods, unless defective within the warranty period, if at your direction the goods have been:

  • partially or entirely disassembled;
  • physically altered;
  • permanently installed, affixed or attached;
  • joined or added to or blended or combined or embedded within other goods or property.

Customers agree to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. You are required to bear the cost of shipping and insurance required for the return of the goods to Shop.zeroadmin.co.za. Shop.zeroadmin.co.za will not refund shipping charges, unless an error in delivery was made by Shop.zeroadmin.co.za or the product is in fact found to be defective during the warranty period.

Customers agree that all returned products for credit, replacement or refund will be 100% complete, in a resalable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

If any component of the returned product is missing, shop.zeroadmin.co.za will refuse to accept the return or may impose additional charges against you for the replacement of the missing component.

Shop.zeroadmin.co.za may impose a reasonable fee should it be necessary to restore the goods in order to render it suitably fit for re-stocking.

However, returns of defective goods will be at no charge to the client.

A product is NOT defective, and you will NOT be entitled to any, replacement or refund under the general warranty above if:

(a)    The faults/damage are a result normal wear and tear;

(b)    damage arising from incorrect usage of the product;

(c)     the item has a reasonable amount of manufacturing or production imperfections but is acceptable in accordance with the generally accepted commercial practices.

The decision to repair, replace or refund the client remains at the discretion of Zero Admin and their respective suppliers.

Once we have received the returned product, we will either repair or replace the product within 30 days or refund you in full for the item within 14 days.

Returns, refunds and exchanges will not be permitted on sale and / or clearance items

Returns, refunds and exchanges will not be permitted on any custom made or special order products.

All refunds or exchanges will be granted at Zero Admin’s discretion.

Zero Admin’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective products. Products damaged due to normal wear and tear or due to negligence will not be refunded or replaced.
